I am a private seller, selling for myself, family & friends NOT A BUSINESS.  Sizing is so random these days so I always include actual measurements & details of the condition on the listing & items are sold as seen in the photographs & are described as best as possible..  There is no excuse if you do not check these & it avoids any silly misunderstandings!!! therefore returns are only accepted if there is a mistake on the listing.  If you do have a problem please contact me BEFORE leaving rubbish feedback or starting a claim.  Being polite & friendly always gets the best results!!  I sell from a smoke free environment. Please feel free to contact me on exact sizes or other photographs during the auction if you are not totally sure as I am always willing to assist buyers with queries so please ask me before you bid if you have any doubts.

Postage & Packing - The cost includes postage + package materials + administration time. To try and keep costs down I recycle where possible but packing does have to be bought where necessary. Please ensure that you know the costs of Postage & Packing before you bid as the cost of everything is worked out at the beginning of the bid & is not negotiable after the bid has been won.The only time this would be considered is when multiple items have been bought so please ensure that you contact me for the multiple postage cost before you bid.Shipping overseas can vary so please email me for the exact postage & packing costs.

I prefer Paypal but would accept personal cheques or postal orders. Items can take up to 10 days if paying by cheque as it has to be cleared at the bank before the item can be posted.
