Return Policy:

• All items are tested and verified working before being dispatched. Please make sure that you are well-acquainted with screen repair before attempting this yourself. If not, please take the screen to a professional for installation as the screen can be damaged (especially the flex cable) during repair. If physical damage happens, returns cannot be accepted. Restocking fees may apply.

• We offer 60 days return policy. If you have issues with your item, please contact us within 60 days from date you received your item.

• Each one of these LCD's also has a unique stamp that identifies the product as ours. Please make sure that if you need to return the item, you are in fact returning the item bought from us. If we receive anything different than what we shipped to you, it will be considered fraud and we will take the appropriate measures.

• Successful returns can only be made if there is no physical damage to the product. If any physical damage has happened due to installation error or otherwise, then we WILL NOT be able to accept the return. Photos of the item must be sent before the return process is initiated to verify good condition of the item.

• Please test the LCD before final installation or removing the front and back protector. Only proceed if you are 100% satisfied with the product. We Will NOT accept any return if the front or back protector is removed and the LCD was installed in the frame. We may ask for picture before approving any return request.

• As soon as we received the faulty item, we will check the item and send the exchange item straightway or refund.
