We dispatch all orders by next working day. UK orders usually take 3-6 days. Europe/Rest of the World 6-15 working days. Although this can vary due to customs delays. Please allow up to 21 working days for Europe and 28 working days for the Rest of the World.

Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt of the item. The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification; non-deliveries must also be reported within 30 days of shipment notification. Goods should be returned with the original packing slip. Please note if items are returned as no longer required/changed mind, only the item cost will be refunded. In this instance the buyer is responsible for any return postage cost. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: item returned as no longer required/wanted - the item cost only will be refunded - buyer pays postage costs. Items that are received back via the postal service markes as Undeliverable - Unclaimed/not called for - refused or insufficient address, postage cost will not be refunded and may be subject to 20% relisting fee.
