No Hassle returns

We have a no hassle returns policy. If, for any reason, our bead and products are not suitable for your jewellery designs or we have sent you a wrong item, we will refund your money without any problems. But you have a responsibility of returning the purchased beads in its original condition and make sure its safely packaged. When returning any beads obtain a postage receipt from your local Post Office as proof of postage. After receiving your beads we will refund any monies due.
