Touch-Screen Panel Kit for 19" LCD Display

Convert your LCD into a touch screen!

This is a bid solicitation for a brand new 19 inch "DIY" touch screen panel kit that is used to  convert your LCD display to be a touch-screen!

It comes with a 19" Touch Panel, a USB adapter, a USB cable and a CD w/driver for Windows XP and Windows 2000, Vista and W7, W8, Win10. Note: There is no step-by-step instructions included. We assume a buyer has basic knowledge of how to "DIY". However, here is the basic procedures to install the kit (not recommended for laptop):

Here is basic procedures to install the kit:

  • Open your LCD cover to the LCD out with care. Do not apply too much force to the LCD screen as it's very delicate.
  • Place the Touch-Screen on top of the LCD panel. A tape or silicon glue may be required to hold the position of the panel. 
  • Connect the USB adapter to the TS connector and pull out the cable from the back of the LCD panel
  • Close your LCD front panel carefully. Sometimes the front panel may not close completely; this is  normal for to some models. Note: you may need to come up with your own solution to insure the front panel tight and closes tightly.
  • Connect the USB adapter to your PC and load the driver. That's it!

No LCD display is included. The panel is brand new and will be inspected before let go for shipping.  Any broken should be resulted from the miss-handling by the shipping company.

Friendly reminder:

eBay has been keep deleting the touchscreen panel by claiming that we're over charging shipping & handling. To clarify this issue, we attached pictures to let you folks to see what the packing/ materials/ procedure look like per order. It takes us 20min to finish one order and it takes us 20 mins driving to USPS dropping it off. See picture shown below of a broken TS done by the USPS.Your understanding and support is greatly appreciated!
