(1) I post out all my items on the next business day as cleared payment is received. For example, Payment date is 15th August, item will be posted out on 16th august. If 15th August is Friday, item will be posted out on the coming Monday, i.e. 18th August.

(3) To enable me to check an item has arrived and that you are happy with it, please leave feedback. A positive feedback left will automatically generated a positive feedback for you. If you are not happy with your purchase or you are considering giving a neutral / negative feedback or a low DSR (below 5), please e-mail me. Problems can always be sorted.
(4) If an item is returned to me because it was not collected from the post office, I am happy to repost but only once. Buyer need to pay for the postage cost again. Otherwise I am happy to refund the sale price less the postage costs.
(5) I will only post to the address which is shown on e-bay. I do not read messages via pay-pal or e-mail for change of address.
