Perpignan Cathedral (Cathédrale Saint-Jean-Baptiste de Perpignan) is a Roman Catholic cathedral, and a national monument of France, located in the town of Perpignan in Languedoc-Roussillon. The furniture of the cathedral is rich. Among the many parts, it is to be mentioned the high altar (XVI at the XIX century, it had an animated history), the organ (which origin goes back to 1504: the painted panels and its decoration go back to this date), the neo-gothic stained glasses (second half of the XIXe century), and of course splendid Dévot Christ of XIV century (exhibited in the vault of the same name, contiguous to the cathedral and of which origin goes back to XVI century).
