Item Description --- Please understand I go to great lengths to picture and describe my items as accurately as possible. Please be aware that monitors can vary massively in the way they display photos and colours. If you are in any doubt please contact me and I will do my best to give you a more detailed description.

Combined Postage --- I offer combined postage  but I need to be informed before payment is made. Simply request a combined invoice before paying and i will adjust. I am unable to adjust or refund after payment has been completed however i will take this into account on any future orders.

Feedback --- Feedback is as important to me as it is to you the buyer. In the unlikely event you are not happy with either my product or my service then please contact me to try to resolve any issues you may have before leaving any feedback. Even a neutral feedback will stay for one year and will have a great impact on my sales and can be very damaging to a small business. I will have no option but to make a formal complaint to any unfair feedback especially if I have not had the opportunity to resolve any issues.

Postage --- I have absorbed the recent price increases by RM. and not passed them onto my customers so if you feel my postage prices are to high after reading this then PLEASE do not complete the transaction. If you have any questions on postage, contact me before buying. Please be aware that some of my items weigh up to 750grams. Please check at www .royalmail.com to compare our postage and packaging rates for domestic and international parcels.  All Buy it Now items are sent "1st class PPI". Combined higher valued orders are sent "Recorded Signed For" at my expense. International postings in most cases are sent "International Signed For" to insure your items arrive safely and not one penny profit is made. (I understand this is expensive but it is the amount Royal Mail charges me and i can do nothing about their price structure) What I can do is to weigh combined purchases and give you the best rate possible according to weight but this must be done before payment is made. In the unlikely event your item doese not turn up within the stated time contact me as soon as possible.  Sorry but I do not refund return postage.
