All images are created for picture purposes, but it is the exact vinyl die-cut decal you will receive that’s cut from the plotter. Most auctions provide a different size option for you. If you do not see the size you would like in the drop-down menu, the accurate size will be listed in the auction. Some auctions are assigned a default color, but we also have over 30 color options for you to choose from. |

| Communication -
We try our best to respond to all emails and voice messages within 24 hours, most of the time within the first few hours during the business week. With today’s technology we pretty much have a computer or our phone with us at all times. So if you have not heard back from us, chances are we probably did not receive your message. |

| Shipping Time -
Each decal is custom made to order. Depending on the time of year and our work load, all orders are made, packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped USPS first class unless otherwise noted. Please rate us on the time it took to mail your decal, not the time it took you to receive your decal.
* USPS usually delivers mail within 3-5 business days, but this is not a guarantee. Every once in a while we experience delays in domestic mail services for unknown reasons. International shipping can be delayed by customs. USPS requires us to wait 14 postal business days before we can file a claim. As experienced in the past, they may not do anything…But we will! Just contact us and let us know the situation and we will take care of it for you. |

| Shipping Charges -
Our shipping charges range from absolutely free shipping to $4.95 (International shipping charges range from $7.00 - $10.00 depending on your location). Each order is packaged accordingly with either a manila envelope with a cardboard stock inset or shipping tubes with plastic shipping lids. |
