RARE Vintage Astromatic X & Destinax Astrological 2 Watch Lot

These two watches have Astrological features. Both are made by Western Continental Holding Inc.  Each watch has a case and a paper leaflet with information about setting and using the watch. The Astromatic X was produced in 1962. The age of the Destinax is unknown. Both watches are in working condition and been keeping good time but have not been checked accuracy.

The Astromatic X is the Oroscope Watch - "the first astrological watch working in accordance with your zodiac sign". Hour by hour it determines your horoscopical tendency according to the three themes accepted in this matter: Love, Luck, Business. It is automatic- 25 jewels- keeps exact time and has luminous hands. It is water-tight (profectus, steel, case, water protected to 2 atm.) It has a calendar with ultrarapid change of date. It is anti-shock and anti-magnetic. Its shape is ultra-modern (can be worn by men and women). Amplifying incabloc glass. Steely blue dial, numbers in relief. It's a Swiss made watch. The Destinax -" The horoscope system of the Destinax watch is based on the principle of astral revolutions and particularly on the interpretation of the symbols of the Arabic (AL-IKLIL) and Hindu (ANURADHA) lunar zodiac the 28 divisions of the JOGATARA. The beneficient or maleficent zones have been set out in colours and give according to your zodiac sign, the "horoscopical tendency of the hour" divided up according to the 3 themes accepted in this matter: LOVE...LUCK...BUSINESS...to be interpreted as  GREEN... WHITE... RED colors." The paper leaflet explains setting, and using your watch.
