If the item arrives damaged please do not throw away any packaging or return the item without contacting us first, we will need photos to file shipping claims. First Class International service does not provide tracking once the package leaves the United States and sometimes has very long estimated delivery times (10-35 business days). The warranty period on this item is listed in the description and is valid for only the time specified. The warranty covers manufacturer defects as determined by our technicians and does not cover accidental damage, physical abuse, improper use, or any circumstance when the item was not installed properly. We recommend any technical parts be installed by certified technicians in the proper environment to prevent damage. That being said we have a lot of extra parts so please feel free to contact us for help with any items purchased from even if you are outside the warranty period. We make every effort to help customers with technical assistance, advice or parts where necessary.

All items may be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by an RMA number. Please contact us if you want to return your purchase for any reason within the time period. For items purchased in error or not exchanged the shipping is not refundable and you may be charged a 10% restocking fee. All LCD and LED products will be held to the manufacturer’s standard to be considered defective which requires multiple dead or malfunctioning pixels. All items are marked with either security labels or unique markings to prevent fraudulent returns so please make sure you are returning the exact item we shipped you.
