Shipping

All items posted to address registered on eBay unless instructed to post to an alternate address. Where possible we post on a daily basis. We combine postage for multiple items. Please contact us for a quote if you are interested in multiple items Postal insurance is included in postage costs however I cannot be held responsible for items lost in post. If an item is lost and a claim needs to be filed, then a refund will be given once I have received payment from Royal Mail. This can take up to 6-8 weeks.

Terms of Sale

Everyone is welcome to bid on my items. All our items are 100% genuine We source our products mainly from the UK, USA & Australia. Tags & labels may vary slighlty from those in the UK We endeavour to do our best to list items as accurate as possible. Please be aware that depending on your computer and screen resolution colours may vary slightly. All items come from a smoke and pet free household. We do not give refunds on items that do not fit. Measurements are supplied for your benefit. If you require additional measurements please email me before bidding/buying. We can not give refunds on Swimwear or underwear due to Health & Hygiene. We will only issue a refund if an item is deemed faulty. We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of item. If this is the case the item must be returned in original condition with tags attached & unused within 7 days of receipt. If this is not the case only a 50% refund will be issued and not 100%.The buyer must pay for the return postage cost. Ebay fees charged will be reclaimed through the mutual unpaid item process. We do not refund any of the postage costs incurred.
