Terms and conditions:

• All of our suits / tuxedos are brand new; we don't carry used, damaged, or sampled products
• All of our suits are examined before being shipped out in order to ensure you receive a complete product of high quality that is free of flaws
• Not all suits come readily as a "perfect fit," even if you buy it in a store, most suits need alterations for that "perfect fit"
• All of our suits run true to the size of our size chart, unless otherwise noted. Please match your measurements to our size chart, not the one eBay provides. If you are in between sizes or unsure of the fit, choose a size up, as it is easier for your tailor to take in, rather than out. You can also contact us with your measurements & we will pick the right size for you.
  
• We will ship your item within 1 business day of your cleared payment & we'll email you a tracking number as well
• Residents of Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, & any other U.S. Region outside of the continental U.S. must pay for USPS shipping/expedited shipping
• We will not ship to P.O. boxes or military bases, unless client pays for USPS shipping/expedited shipping.
• We ship internationally worldwide via USPS Express or Priority Mail International. In some cases customs may charge you taxes / duty fees. It is based on your country's import laws & we have no control over it.
  
• Only California residents are required to pay sales tax
  
• Our suppliers don't accept returns or exchanges, however as a courtesy to our clients, we will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the day the suit / tuxedo was received.
• In case of a return, we will refund the amount paid - to your PayPal account - minus a 15% restocking fee & minus the original shipping cost (even if purchased as "free shipping"). Client is also responsible for return shipping cost.
• As a courtesy, if you decide to do an exchange we will not charge the restocking fee. Buyer pays for shipping both ways (we cannot give free shipping twice on the same transaction; it is still a cost that comes out of our pocket). Please make sure your order the right size, color, etc. before paying.
• We will not accept any returns/exchanges without an RMA # (return merchandise authorization). Please contact us prior to shipping your suit back.
  
• Please note that we do not profit from the restocking fee. It simply reduces the costs associated with returns.
  
• We only accept items in its original condition (new with tags), any suit that has been worn, torn, damaged or smells like cigarettes, cologne, body odors, etc. will be returned back & the client pays for the shipping
  
• Please note that due to different computer screens, dimensions & resolutions, some colors might slightly look different than they actually are
