We ship via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation within the USA.

Our Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with the item

upon its arrival, send me a message through eBay's messaging system to let me

know BEFORE returning the item. Returns accepted within 14 days, the item

must be received back in the same condition it was sent to you in. Please use

lots of cushioning in the package to prevent damage and use a trackable

service, ie. Priority Mail with Delivery confirmation, UPS, or FedEx.

Insurance is also highly recommended. If the package is lost, I

cannot offer compensation. Your refund will either be store

credit or money back, at Raven's discretion. Buyer

pays shipping costs on returned items.
