Shipping Terms

For PayPal customers: we ship only to the shipping address listed on PayPal Transaction Details Page, no exceptions. If you want us to ship to an address other than what you have on Paypal, then we require your payment by bank wire transfer.

• Once your order ships, we will send your tracking number to the email on file with PayPal. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for it to become active.

Returns are subject to %20 restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipment cost. The original shipping is non-refundable even though it was offered with FREE SHIPPING. Refund will be processed after a thorough inspection is performed to make sure that the returned item is still in resalable condition as “NEW”.
• Returned products MUST include the entire original packaging content such as accessories, manuals, CDs, warranty/registration cards, etc
