• Custom-made-to-order based on your selections and/or specifications.
• Single-sided Velvet Ribbon
  • Width: approximately 1-3/8 - 1-1/2 inches (36 - 38 mm; varies)
  • Material content varies (Nylon or Polyester)
  • Pile Length and Thickness, edge width beyond pile, etc., varies between manufactures, styles, colors and pieces
  • Select from the listed shades of BLACK, GRAY and WHITE
• More colors/widths/styles of velvet chokers are listed separately.
• You select the approximate length (inside circumference) range.
  • For the best fit, choose a length range that starts shorter than your target length (neck circumference).
  • The built-in chain allows the fit to be adjusted within the applicable range.
  • Custom length ranges can be added to the options by request.
  • If you are basing the length on existing jewelry instead of a neck measurement, please discuss the details with me before ordering, to ensure the best results.
• Eyelet Tag size varies between metal colors.
• Additional charms/drops can be added to the chain end options by request.
• Split Rings will be used to connect the components, to ensure a secure hold (split rings work like tiny key rings, so they don't pull open the way jump rings can).

• Unless otherwise explicitly stated for a specific item, jewelry is NOT waterproof, and should be removed before swimming, bathing, etc.
• Metal components are not designated "nickel-safe" by their manufacturers, so no assumptions can be made.
• My combined shipping discounts are automatically applied by eBay's checkout system, when all items are paid for with a single combined payment; please use "add to cart" for the best results.
• Jewelry orders ship in a corrugated cardboard box for maximum protection in transit, for all shipping options except "Standard International" (which requires the package to be thin and flexible).
• Please note that upgrading to a faster shipping option may (but is not guaranteed to) result in a shorter transit time; however, due to the nature of custom and made-to-order items, the handling time will not change.
• The shipping address printed on the label is automatically imported from the eBay/PayPal transaction details; changes cannot be made after payment, so if you recently moved, are sending a gift, or intend to use a work, college or other alternate address, please make all necessary adjustments before or during eBay's checkout process.
• If this is a gift being shipped directly to the intended recipient in the U.S., I can eliminate pricing information from the packing slip and/or include a personal message by request. (Due to international/customs rules/laws/policies, orders shipping outside the U.S. must have the item prices listed accurately, and cannot include a personal message. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.)
• Custom, Personalized, Made-to-Order and Cut-to-Order items are impossible to return in/to their original/unused condition, and can therefore not be refunded or exchanged (nor completely cancelled once production/cutting/processing has begun). If you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please save the mailer and all packing materials, and contact me immediately for help (exchanging or replacing a wrong/defective/damaged item for a new/correct one is completely separate from my "no returns" policy).
• It is normal for Custom-Printed and Handmade items, and certain components, to have slight imperfections and/or differences between "identical" items; this is not considered an error or defect.
• Since this item will be Custom-Made-to-Order, additional COMMUNICATION may be needed to ensure you receive exactly what you intended to purchase. I recommend that you be available via eBay messages while your order is being processed, to avoid delays and/or disappointment.
