We Ship all our items from getting our order to posting them in 1-2 working days, Saturday and Sunday are not included as despatch days but we do post on a Saturdays, We let you know that your item has been sent. So for example if you bought on a Monday it will be posted Tuesday or Wednesday. You then have the time it takes royal mail to deliver to you which can be 2/3 days, and may be longer certain times of the year like Christmas. If your item is lost in the post, royal mail state that we have to wait 15 days before we can make a claim. So please be patient as said above might just be delayed, and though we get our orders out fast as they are not of the shelf but made for you on each order, we can not control the speed at which royal mail deliver. If lost in the post we will replace your order once this time has elapsed and not before.

And royal mail now charge £2.60 for a small tube under 45 cm and £5.20 for a tube 61 cm or less. On top of this there is cost of tube, labels, staples, ink, our time, so a lot more than you are paying. So please remember this when leaving feeding back as you are not paying all the cost of postage.

8. Wait 10 minutes then peel back the clear paper ensuring Vinyl Decal is fully adhered to your surface. (Peel back slowly to ensure wall paint doesn’t come off with the clear paper).

1. Lay the sticker out on the surface, with the transparent application layer facing you. Tape all four corners of the Decal to the wall with your masking Tape.

2. Apply a strip of tape across the Decal to create an anchor point (Horizontally or vertically depending on shape of the decal).

3. Once the Decal is anchored, remove the tape from the two top corners.

4. Begin to carefully peel the application layer from the backing layer, ensuring the Decal is stuck to the application layer. Keep peeling until you reach the anchor point.

5. Cut the backing layer as close to the central divide as possible.

6. Use your credit card or squeegee to stick the Decal (and application layer) to the surface, being careful to remove all bubbles. Start from the middle and work outwards, moving up slightly as you go along.

7. Wait a few minutes for the adhesive to attach the Decal to the wall then remove the anchor tape and repeat steps 6-8 on the opposite side.
