Prospective buyers are welcome to inspect equipment at our Cambridge, Ontario repair center. The unit is being offered with a 30-day warranty. Shipping/Handling
ICR packages all items with quality material. Our qualified shipping department determines how your item should be packaged. ICR uses Insta-pak Foam to insure secure and safe shipments.

ICR normally ships UPS, we will ship Canadian Post or Truck Freight when necessary.

Turnaround Time

Terms
ICR accepts Pay Pal, MasterCard, Visa and Bank (Wire) Transfer. All payments are in Canadian funds. Payment must be received by winning bidder within 7 days of auction completion.

Returns
Buyer must inform ICR before sending a unit back for any reason. ICR will determine if a refund will be issued after receiving the item. Returned items must be packaged properly and received in original condition. No refunds are given if unit is sold under “AS IS” condition. ICR does not pay for return shipping, or refund original shipping.

Warranty
Each individual item will be given terms of warranty under the listing of the unit. Items are given 30 days or sold “AS-IS”. If an item is sold under the 30 day warranty, ICR will exchange, repair or last option refund the cost of the unit back to the buyer if the item is not functional. If an item is sold under “AS-IS” condition, there will be no refund given.
