We will Repair/Refurbish the unit promptly but if it is urgent please let us know

Disposal or return of non-serviceable unit:
We can return your non-serviceable unit however we will deduct the return postage cost.
Otherwise we will recycle it.

Cancellation and refund:
If your unit is not serviceable or the transaction needs to be cancelled, you will get a full refund of the amount paid. Please note: the refund is limited to the amount you paid. You cannot claim any expenses such as your sending postage costs or any other costs and equally, we do not charge any fee for testing your unit.
