*** "Contessa" HG10 Hollow body Archtop Acoustic/electric Guitar ***

Next piece of the collection to go.  I LOVE this guitar and am torn about selling it, but I've just got to slim down the herd!
These are actually pretty rare. I've never seen one with a white pickguard either.
It was made in the 60's in Italy and it was made quite well!
The tone is FANTASTIC! Kind of like a Gibson ES-225 (one of my favorite guitars ever).
Sounds great acoustically as well.
Action is set up nicely for versatile playing and is almost perfectly intoned up and down the neck.
Currently has D'Adderio Half-Round 11-49's (cool strings if you've never tried 'em)
Comes with its original chipboard case which is in good condition.

NECK:
-Pickup is a single coil with adjustable AlNiCo pole pieces
-Single Vol / Tone controls
-Bridge is Rosewood and hight adjustable

Guitar is nice and light at 6 lbs.
Measures: 39 1/2" total
Lower bout: 15 3/8"
Upper bout: 11"

CONDITION:
I know that buying instruments online is tricky business and nothing beats an in-person inspection. That being said, I am happy to do an in-hand description for you, or answer any questions you have.
