When purchasing a customised jacket, please clearly give us your exact measurements for: Shoulder, Sleeve, Chest, Waist and Jacket Length. This should be measurements for a fitted look and not loose.

Please note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Custom Jackets (unless there is a fault with the jacket) as this is made to your specification and we cannot then re-sell the item.

The above chart size is our size chart and the one we go buy. As there are so many different sizes out there we have standardised our sizes and provide you with a recommendation based on your actual size!

Buyers are requested to choose their required size according to our mentioned size chart NOT according to what they usually wear locally. As we ship worldwide the sizes can vary from country to country.

Choosing the right size helps eradicate 99% of returns, while it will also save buyers from paying returning shipping charges that are both ways.

Returns for exchange are accepted 14 days from date of delivery (when you receive the product, we will check the tracking for proof of delivery date), allowing you plenty of time to ensure a comfortable fit.

SHIPMENT IN 7 - 10 WORKING DAYS

We do stock some jackets in our Canada warehouse, however most of our jackets come fresh from our factory in Pakistan, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. Usually its sooner and if you have not received the item within this time then let us know ASAP.

Also ensure that you provide us with a contact number when completing the checkout as this will ensure the quickest dispatch and delivery. As soon as we have your number and your order, we will provide you with a tracking number so you know where your item is at all times.
