Return Policy

Due to the nature of the item and sanitary reason, all sales are final. I do not accept delivery of returned products without contacting me first. This in not my decision, but the law of the Board of Health. Hair system exchange only on defective or wrong item shipped. Please inspect postal package before you accept it from postal carrier. BEFORE you decide to attach your system to your head please make sure it fits correctly. Also no returns on any system that has been altered in any shape or form.

If you receive your hair system and it was damaged in transit or it is not as described in the body of sale and your customer order form, we will exchange for a new custom system to be made as your original order. We will not change measurements or cap or hair color. Exchange is for same as original sale and none other. NO EXCEPTIONS!.

Please contact me within 14-days of receiving your signature confirm package. I WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF MORE THAN 14 DAYS HAVE ELAPSED. Your hair system must be returned unaltered in any way and uncut unless I have completed your hair cut for you.

Fees	We charge 8.0% sales tax for all California sales. We never charge any special handling fees in addition to shipping charges. All Designer Items include Insurance and signature confirmation built into the shipping price.
Shipping	We ship to the U.S.A. and International as well. All items will be shipped withing 24 hours of payment received. Payment received by 11:00am (pacific time) will ship that same day. We ship using USPS. We mostly ship as Priority mail but also offer Express mail as well. Prices vary depending on weight and actual item purchased. Prices are posted.
