Payment:

We accept paypal, personal cheques and postal orders.  Cheques do however need to have cleared before the deespatch of any goods.

Shipping/Postage:

Item will be posted as soon as we recieve funds, usually goods are posted on the same day if order recieved in time to catch last post, if not next working day.  We do however give no guarantee on when delivery will be made as this is due to postal service.  We specify postage service within each item so please take this into account.  We are happy to do guaranteed delivery but need buyers to email us in advance to arrange this and pay appropriate additional costs. 

Where possible we always do our very best to get goods to our customers as soon as possible to avoid disapointment

Returns:

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, I will be happy to discuss a replacement, we are unable to replace sets when earrings have been used due to hygiene reasons as you will appreciate. So please email me as soon as possible, many thanks.
