SHIPPING: One of the biggest reasons why we must speak to you BEFORE you purchase is to figure out all the logistics on shipping

 


PROCESSING: 
14 business  days for full custom systems. Even though we most often are faster,
these rules are in place for a reason.  Please be fair and honor our terms. 

NEED IT SOONER? 
If you need something sooner than the clearly stated time frame for processing. You must contact us 
before bidding. No exceptions. These are very fair rules to abide by and we are here to do what it takes to make 
the customer happy. So please just ask us. 

TRANSIT TIME: 
After the processing time frame. Once item is shipped. Please allow for 2-5 business days within the main U.S states. 
Allow 10-21 business days for many others. International, please inquire.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON ANYTHING OVER $249.00

CANADA/INTERNATIONAL:
We have NO CONTROL over what your country charges you for duty/taxes/brokerage fees. This has nothing to do with our country.
The only way to get something to your country in less than the 10-21 business days is to ship it via UPS (we ship USPS international). 
You must understand that UPS may be much faster, but they also charge additional brokerage fees. When you purchase from outside 
your country, you risk the inherit nature of doing such business. You are responsible for all ship cost both ways for any returns under 
any circumstances. We MUST have this rule in place or we could not risk doing business outside the country. PLEASE be fair. 

PAYPAL SHIP ADDRESS: 
You must have a confirmed ship address that matches your billing address. No exceptions. Paypal has rules and we must abide by them 
and cannot be held responsible if you do not have the proper ship address. If you are paying via credit card thru paypal, call your credit 
card and add a ship address to it before paying just in case the billing does not match the shipping.

 

NEED BY A CERTAIN DATE OR CLOSE TO A HOLIDAY? 
 

If you need something sooner than the auctions set guidelines. PLEASE just communicate with us. We actually do care 
about helping people. It starts with you clearly letting us know what you need BEFORE you bid on our products. 

WHAT IF YOU WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING FOR AN EXCHANGE?
(Main U.S only) In the event there are any problems. Please personally speak to us up front. We are not like your average seller. 
We care deeply about what we do. So please approach us in a very fair manner and let's see what we can do to help you. There 
are many cases where you can ship back a defective product and receive a replacement. The replacement will be shipped regular 
ground. If you were buying this for a certain function and need it expedited, you will need to pay the ship charges to do this. This is 
a more than reasonable request as all product purchased should never hinge upon a deadline you set to use it. We have no control 
over when we might run into a defective product, nor did we build the product. We will help within reason, that's our promise. 

PRODUCT IS NOT UP TO YOUR STANDARDS? 
It is human nature to have a million different personalities and levels of tolerance. EVERYTHING we sell is a bang for the buck. We 
will ALWAYS give you your monies worth. Our record/reputation clearly shows that where there may be one customer that claims a 
product is awful. There are many others that think just the opposite. When dealing with a company who truly cares about customers. 
It will NEVER be a question of the quality, but rather simply a situation where you needed to spend more money on something that is 
of the quality you seek. We truly do post items at prices that are fair for their level of quality. We NEVER want a customer to be unhappy. 
Yet we do hope that the consumer is at least fair in dealing with us. If we cannot reach a solution to help you. We will make case by case 
exceptions in allowing someone to return a product for a partial refund. What does a partial refund mean? This simply means that you will 
lose the money spent to ship the product to you and the cost to ship it back to us. This is more than fair because if you are going to take business 
away from a local store in your area just because internet prices are cheaper, you must also understand the inherit risk involved in doing so. 
This is more than a fair practice in business. Remember, we have families to feed too. We cannot allow someone to return something and pay 
for shipping.. Because in all fairness to us. It is not right for you to basically have all reward an no risk. Even when you return something and 
we refund you. We still lost money in the advertisement/time/etc. We accepted that risk. 


WHAT DOES FREE SHIPPING MEAN?
Free shipping is never really free. Let's say you win an auction that has free shipping and you return it to exchange it for something else. 
The actual credit you receive will only be for the value of the product, not to include the amount we paid to originally ship it to you. 
This is true for the rare case by case refunds as well. 



WHAT IF YOU HAVE A PO BOX OR APO/FPO ADDRESS?

With the exception of items outside the main U.S and/or packages that weigh under 1lb. We typically always ship UPS. If you do not have a 
physical address listed, please either choose the proper ship method or inquire before you bid. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

 

TIME FRAME IN WHICH YOU PAY FOR PRODUCT?
Most often, eBay expects consumers to pay for product once they have won the item. In the event that you do not pay for product right away, 
PLEASE at least make contact with us so that we know to be here for you. We do not mind if you need time, communication is the only stipulation 
to this. In the event that you do not pay nor communicate, we will be forced to open an unpaid item dispute with ebay. This does not imply we 
are upset, but rather that we must recoup the fees that ebay charged us. Please note that when you bid on our product, it cost us money no matter 
what. If you do not pay for item under any circumstances, you are automatically giving permission to us to have
eBay remove any feedback left for us. 


MUST HAVE CONFIRMED SHIP ADDRESS THROUGH PAYPAL
Paypal has a set of rules that we must follow. Customer is responsible for having a confirmed ship address through paypal. This means whatever 
form of payment you are using, you must have product shipped to the billing address. Or simply add that shipping address to your ebay/paypal acct. 
before paying. Paying with a credit card thru paypal.. Simply contact your credit card company to add any additional ship address you wish to use. 
These measures are in place for a good reason. Please understand that even though you may not be dishonest nor involved in a fraudulent purchase. 
Please try and understand that there are millions of online scams a year. If you believe this to be true, then please do not be upset with us in the rare 
event that paypal says payment is not eligible for protection. 



WHAT DOES X AMOUNT OF BUSINESS DAYS MEAN? 
If our ads states that there is a certain amount of business days after payment for processing, etc. This simply means that if you made a payment on a 
Tuesday at 2pm. Your first business day would start on that Wednesday. Business days are considered days in which are normal business hours. Holidays, 
weekends, special calender events DO NOT count as a business day. 
So if you bought something on a Monday and it has a 5 business day 
window to process. That would mean the deadline to ship the product out would be that Friday or following Monday (Example) 

Purchasing our products is a legally binding agreement in which you must understand and accept our auction terms. We take 
many risk by selling product below regular retail store prices and expect that consumers understand the risk involved in doing 
such business as well. New product most often comes with a 30day exchange program if you have any problems. Clearance
 items/special sales are subject to restrictions. (*Inquire)
