Shipping Policy

· All orders are shipped free within the continental USA. Expedited shipping may be available. We ship to PO Boxes, APO, Puerto Rico and other US territories with some restrictions.

· We ship internationally to Canada and the United Kingdom. Shipping charges apply.

· Items are shipped same day or next business day after payment is received. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays and some religious holidays.

· Please note: Even if tracking numbers are assigned to your order on weekends, items are not picked up by postal carriers until the next business day.

Return Policy

Did something go wrong with your order? Did you change your mind? Don’t worry! You may return it for an exchange or get your money back. We just have a few policies:

· Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase.

· Returned items must be in their original condition, with no damage or scratches.

If the return is due to a defect in the order, we will pay for the return shipping, if required. If the return is NOT due to a defect in the order, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and we reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee.

Payments

· We accept Paypal and reserve the right not to ship to unconfirmed addresses.

· Payment is expected within 5 days of winning an auction.

· Should any problem arise, please contact us ASAP to avoid disputes and other inconveniences.
