This is a Triumph Class C racer. This bike was built and campaigned by Gordon Menzie in the 1990’s. We purchased this bike from Gordon two years ago, and rebuilt it. This bike has the dual carburetor manifold from the Triumph racing kit, and two Amal 276 carburetors mounted up. The ignition runs off a Lucas competition magneto. We installed a Newby racing primary belt drive and clutch on this bike to improve reliability. The motorcycle was completely torn down to the crankshaft and cleaned up, inspected, and repaired where necessary. The forks and brakes were rebuilt, and new racing tires were mounted. We made a fiberglass belly pan for the bike that zip ties to the frame tubes. This complies with AHRMA road racing rules and will pass tech inspection. We have taken this bike to the track a couple of times to dial it in. This motorcycle needs nothing, it is ready to compete. The sprung hub is functioning properly, this bike rides nice. It would not be too difficult to mount a generator and some lights on this bike, to ready it for street use. There is a clear Texas title for this motorcycle in our name. The bike is titled as a 1958 model with the motor number (T100 016790) used as the VIN. This bike was constructed from spares as a competition machine, the motor and frame numbers do not match. This is a 1958 motor in an earlier rigid frame with a sprung hub wheel. We have sorted and tested this bike. It is ready to be on track. This auction is for the bike only, there are no spare parts included.

We are a licensed motorcycle dealer with the state of Texas. Residents of the State of Texas will need to pay TTL. $500 deposit required within 48 hours of auction ending. The bike will need to be picked up or shipped within three weeks of the auction end.
