Returns

• We cannot accept returns of used, opened and non-defective products due to health concerns including batteries, pills, condoms, lubricants and toy cleaners. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• We accept returns of unopened, unused items, and items with manufacturing defects in its original (factory) packaging for 14 days after item is received
• Defective items will be replaced with the same product.
• Please contact us for a RMA# which is required to facilitate the return process
• Postage on returns for both unopened and defective items is the responsibility of the customer. We will be responsible for the shipping on the replacement.
