"M" MARK ---Most probably Thurungia --Germany_
It is an Antique Early European Divided dish. This is a very intricate and absolutely beautiful plate, this is a fine example of Early European craftsmanship. The exact age and maker of this item can only be estimated, as there is no appraisal, but appears to be an early to circa 1880’s-Divided dish.
It has been in my family for 50 years but I do not know the exact date it was made.
