Technical steps to the conclusion of the contract: You need an eBay user account and have to be logged in to conclude the contract on eBay. The technical steps that lead to a conclusion of contract, start either with submitting a bid on an auction by clicking the button "Submit bid" or with confirming the button "Buy it now" when purchasing immediately. a) The contract, after submiting your highest amount or maximum bid, is concluded by clicking "Confirm Bid". Clicking the button "Confirm Bid" technically leads to the conclusion of the contract. b) When purchasing directly, the contract is conlcuded by clicking the button "Buy it now". Clicking the button "Buy it now" and then clicking the button "Buy" technically leads to the conclusion of the contract. c) Another way of concluding a contract in several categories on eBay is using the "Make offer" feature. The "Make offer" feature lets the seller negociate the price with the buyer. The contract is concluded with the the buyer accepting the offer from the seller, or with the seller accepting the counter-offer from the buyer. d) You can find the exact step-by-step description of the technical processes via the eBay Help feature. Information about the storage and accessability: We are storing wording of the contract after the conclusion of the contract in that particular extent that we have transmitted to you via email.
