How to apply our vinyl stickers:

Firstly ensure the intended surface/position is clean and free of dust. Ideally used an alcohol-based cleaner or soapy water solution.Position the sign in place using a length of masking tape along the top of edge.Hinge the sign up and peel away the backing paper, this will reveal the self adhesive side.Apply gentle pressure to masking tape and sticker.Using a credit card or the back of your hand, squeeze the sticker down working from top down.Once fully stuck down remove the masking tape.If you need to remove a sticker and are having difficulty, try gently warming it up with a hair drier, this softens the vinyl.

Shipping

We Ship all our items from 1-2 working days, Saturday and Sunday are not included as despatch days but we do post on a saturday, We let you know that your item has been sent. So for example if you bought on a Monday it will be posted Tuesday or Wednesday. You then have the time it takes royal mail to deliver to you which can be 2/3 days, and may be longer certain times of the year like Christmas. If your item is lost in the post, royal mail state that we have to wait 15 days before we can make a claim. So please be patient as said above might just be delayed, and though we get our orders out fast as they are not of the shelf but made for you on each order, we can not control the speed at which royal mail deliver. If lost in the post we will replace your order once this time has elapsed and not before.

Return Policy details

We accept returns as follows: FAULTY items must be returned within 14 days of receipt along with the original document. A note should be included to inform us of the fault. UNWANTED items can be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original and unopened condition. This also applies to items that were ordered incorrectly. POSTAGE CHARGES CHARGED FOR SHIPPING THE CORRECT ITEM WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF THE ITEM IS NOT WANTED OR WAS ORDERED INCORRECTLY BY THE BUYER. WHERE ITEM IS A FREE POSTAGE ITEM, a 20% deduction will be made from the refund if the item was shipped correctly and is not required. SEND A MESSAGE through ebay to let us know that the item is being returned. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BY A TRACEABLE METHOD in case of loss or damage so you are able to claim in case of loss or damage n transit.
