  • Rims: ARAYA NJS ( Tubular )

Condition :  Used by Professional Keirin Racer

  • Rims: Some Minor Scratches
  • Hubs: Some Minor Scratches
  • Axcels: Spinning well, if 10's smooth, it is 8-9.
  • NJS mark are stamped on the hub and rims.

For transportation, we use EMS Air Service (Japan Post) which is very fast and reliable.

EMS shipping service provides insurance and the tracking information. The package we ship usually reaches it's destination within 3-7 business days.
Please feel free to inquire for shipping charge when purchasing multiple items at once, because you could possibly reduce the total shipping charge by the combined shipment. Shipping charge depends on whole weight of the package.                    
Shipping charge showing on the every item page also included transaction fee of shipping charge for ebay.
Please ask if you would like to reduce shipping charge for making SAL shipping.  SAL shipping will be inexpensive than EMS but no insurance and no tracking number service. Also takes more days of arrival of package. Please be aware that sometimes it takes a month or more until you receive a package when choosing SAL.
Once the payment by the customer is verified, we will ship the product at least 5 business days although we strive to make shipment earlier to reach our customer's hand. 
In packing the product, please be assured we pay the fullest attention to the protection of the valued product from the possible damage during the long and stressful transportation.  We make the best use of the air cushions.
As much as we pay such fullest possible attention in packing the items, we will not accept the responsibility for the damage caused on the item during transportation. Also, once the item is in the hand of EMS and the tracking number is informed to the customer, the items is the customer's property and the responsibility is between EMS and the customer.
<Note> We will not assume the responsibility for the payment of the import or customs tax and charge to be possibly incurred in the customer's country.   that it is the responsibility of the customer. However, as we are willing to help a little to the customer to know some information about import tax, please let us know before the shipment. We ask for your kind understanding and cooperation.
