- We ship to worldwide via Japan Post EMS Service. (Except for Japan domestic shipping, we send via YuPack at flat rate $20.)
- It usually takes us 3-4 business days to get the item ready for shipment after receiving clear payment.

- We offer combine shipping service, 50% shipping cost for each additional item.

- Based on our experience, Japan Post is quite efficient and reliable. It takes about 1-2 weeks for the package to arrive in North America. The time is even shorter for Asian countries. But there will be exceptions if buyer's country doesn't have EMS service or the Custom decides to check the package. Please check the tracking number for shipping status. The item could be at your local post office's retention after failed attempt at your door.
Problem Solving, Return and Exchange Policy
- Return: 14-day Money Back return policy, with no question asked. The returned item must be in its original condition. Buyer will be responsible for all the shipping cost. (i.e. $40 will be deducted. Only the price of the coat will be refunded through Paypal)
- Exchange: 14-day Exchange Policy. Buyer can exchange the coat with us for different colour or size if we have in stock. Buyer will be responsible for the extra shipping cost.
- Colour Difference: There might be slight colour difference due the exposure when the pictures are taken. Please refer to the description.
- Size: Buyer shall be responsible to know his/her size. Please use the key measurements.
