Goods are subject to condition on the day of shipping. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods due to unforeseen factors, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that PayPal payments are received in the due time as listed above. If for some reason this is not possible, please let us know to discuss a solution. If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase then a Non Paying Buyer Dispute will be filed, and 10 days later a final fee credit logged.

Shipping
Currently, Mammothtrading offers shipping in the United States only. We DO NOT currently deliver to Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, International Addresses, Freight Forwarders, Hotels, APO/FPO, PO Box.
You will be notified on the day that your goods have been dispatched via e-mail. Goods will be dispatched within the Shipping conditions listed in the payment section above of cleared funds. Items will require a signature for proof of delivery. Mammothtrading accepts no responsibility for goods delayed due to problems encountered by the courier services used.
Terms of Sales
When you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report the said damage within 24hrs via e-mail. If all is well please leave feedback, so we are aware that you have received your goods.
