We only accept PayPal as payment method. Please note that we require immediate payment on all our items therefore you will be required to submit payment information at the time of placing your order.
Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner.
All orders will normally be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Orders are not usually processed for shipment on weekends and bank holidays.

You may cancel or amend the order by sending an email to sales@superfooduk.com . An order can only be ammended or cancelled if it has not been dispatched. An email confirming the cancellation will be sent within 24 working hours and a full refund issued to the credit / debit card used. You will not be charged any fee to cancel an order that has not been dispatched.
However if the order has been dispatched, then you may wish to return the items. For all returns, you will need to send an email requesting cancellation to sales@superfooduk.com within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. (see Returns Policy below).
Most Buy it now purchases are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations, which give consumer buyers the right to cancel the purchase within 7 working days after the day they receive the item. You are legally obliged to inform consumers about their right of cancellation before the purchase.

Returns Returns of all Food and Supplement products can only be accepted if the items returned have been not been opened or damaged (due to the nature of the products). Returns of all other products can only be accepted if the items returned have been not been damaged and are in good condition. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned. Shortages, Incorrect or Damaged Goods: Any shortages, incorrect or damaged items have to be notified by email to sales@superfooduk.com within 48 hours of receipt. Non delivery of orders should be notified via email within 6 working days from when the order has been dispatched.
