Domestic Shipping Policy:

Domestic Buyers - Please Note:

USPS is our standard domestic shipper, and any domestic shipments will be handled within 1 Business day. Please be aware that USPS observes Federal Holidays.

Tracking will be uploaded as soon as the item has been delivered to USPS.

Import Shipping Policy:

DHL Express estimated shipping time from overseas is an estimated 2-7 business days. Our current arrive delivery time for a package from China is 2 business days using DHL. If you prefer another carrier please inquiry through eBay messaging. Please note any items imported will go through the US Customs clearance process. Any items held by customs for clearance will extend the delivery time. A refund will not be processed until the item is returned using the Refund Policy.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Payment Policy:

We accept all forms of PayPal payments. We ask our customers to please make sure items are paid for within 48 hours of the auction ending. After 48 hours communication with the customer will be made. If there is an issue with Payments, please contact us or this could result in an unpaid item case, and possibly an unpaid mark on your account. Please note that once a payment is completed, a refund will not be issued until the item is received. The return policy will then apply. Items will not be shipped until payment is received.

All items will be shipped to the PayPal Verified Address per PayPal rules.

Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 14 days. Item must be returned unused in original packaging. Clamshell items must be returned unopened. We charge a 10% restocking fee. If item was shipped to you for free then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. 10% restocking fee will apply to the remaining balance.

Please contact us prior to sending your item back so that we are aware of your item that is being returned.
