  • By default Item will be shipped via royal mail economy service which takes 3-5  working days. 
  • Please allow 5 working days before contacting about lost  item. 
  • P&P discount and combine postage is set to auto. You don't need to send me a message or query about combine P&P. You will only be charged 10 pens for each additional item you buy from my shop. This includes any other item from my listings. If for some reason you are charged P&P more than 10 pens for additional item simply send me a message and i will happily refund the extra payment. 
  • Please note combine P&P offer is only for items bought in single transaction. I will not refund additional postage if items are bought in multiple transactions. I get charged per transaction. To get P&P discount simply add all items to cart and pay in one transaction.
  • Item will be  dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearance.
