NOTE FROM SELLER: These are great boots for the price, and we've sold them to women who have had great things to say about them. But they are not GoreTex, and while highly water resistant... if you are riding all day in a frog choker some water is going to get through. Heavy rain for about 45 minutes or less and you're good. Double or triple (or more) that in a light rain. Your mileage may vary, but that's the best info I have to work with and I pass it on freely. These are very good, but if you must have a more serious waterproof boot I'd highly recommend coughing up the dough to get a good GoreTex boot like the BMW All Around Boot (which should go for about $250 at your local BMW Motorcycle store).

Keeping your foot dry in its self is not difficult; one could simply ride around in rubber Wellingtons if you so desired.
