Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, UK, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Israel,
Registered Mail is no longer required for shipments to these countries.

If returned items has been used, only partial refunds may be issued. For food/vitamin items, no returns are allowed if they have been opened. For all shoes purchase, please try on the shoes on a clean carpet/rug first to make sure they fit and you are satisfied, before you wear it on tile/wood/other floors, otherwise your return will be denied as all returns has to be in the same condition as it was received. For international USPS First Class shipping, the shipping costs is the same for all packages between 9 OZ and 2 Lbs. So if you want to save money on shipping costs, you may want to order more items as long as the total weight is less than 2 Lbs. Please contact me if you have any questions about this.
