LEGOS!  LEGOS!  LEGOS!

We will be listing bulk lots of Legos, with new items added often, so please check back.  All items are BRAND NEW and have only been handled while sorting into lots, unless noted below in bold red type.  These come from a Smoke Free Home, so these are perfect for your little ones...or older ones!  We will also be listing some custom built Legos every now and then, so check some of these out!  

Auction Item:   1 Custom Made Building as seen in photos.

This item is a custom built Down Town Office Tower with Helipad.  This piece has no instructions and was custom built. 

The building is over 26 Inches tall and used over 1500 Individual Lego Pieces to Build and has everything as seen in Photos, except the minifigure ( shown for sizing ). 

Again, pics tell more than I can on this one.  The Building took about 3 weeks to build and is built as a Lego Architectural Piece and is NOT sized for minifigures.   A Minifigure was included in the picture as it is the easiest way to demonstrate the size of the building.   The office building includes a lower office building that is 5 stories high with a larger tower that is built upon the lower office structure.    The top of the tower includes a custom built helipad with top level entrance.   The base of the building includes waterscape features that are made from blue and clear lego studs .  Each waterscape side includes modern element fountains, surrounded by marble look Lego tiles for the walkways. 

We have built several different varieties of these architectural skyscrapers with alternating white bricks and smoked glass bricks over the years and each one is just a little different, dependent on the Lego bricks we can obtain at the time from the local Lego Store.  The white and smoke glass give clear flooring and the marble tiles perfectly simulate walkways.

Again, everything in the pics is included in the Building, except the minifigure!  

All in all, this is a custom build that is a very fun and is great for display in any setting, including offices in downtown buildings! I

It is NOT GLUED, so it will come apart like any Lego Building.   

 This all sits on a 32x32 count plate that measures 10 inches by 10 inches.   This is not a small 16 dot by 32 dot plate (or smaller ) that is common, this is a full size building.  

This will be wrapped up carefully and will be sent as seen.  No assembly will be required except for the sections being placed on top of each others and any loose  items being put back in place.   Ready for display!

All Legos were brand new legos ( all Glass is new w/out any scratches ) or gently used legos.  No marring or large scratches.  Any scratches on the gently used ones are mainly from sorting before assembly.

Item will be wrapped carefully and placed in box that is surrounded by styro peanuts.  I will ship carefully as I took some time to build this and I surely dont want it destroyed in transit to its new home. 

With the weight of this piece, Shipping will be $25. for actual shipping and supplies to pack.

Item available to US Lower 48 at above shipping rates.  If outside that area, please email first.  I have no problem shipping outside that area as we have been doing that successfully for over 10 years.
