Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payments have cleared (processing time does not include weekend days).

If you believe that you received a defective item (DOA), please contact a 323.TV representative within five business days of receipt to identify the unit&rsquos problem. If it is determined that the equipment is not working properly after trouble shooting with our Tech Support Team(913-422-0895), 323.TV will pay the return shipping costs and send a replacement, once the original item has been received at our facility. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase price and shipping.

Inspect all Shipments for damage right way. If you believe that the item or package was damaged during the shipping process, please notify the carrier immediately. Then contact a 323.TV representative . Be sure to keep all boxes and packaging. The carrier may need to inspect it for the claim process.

Please include the product serial number; the 323.TV invoice number and complete contact information (name, e-mail and phone number). Any concerns after five business days will be covered by the 323.TV one-year warranty policy.
