The lines and texture of the sculpture's surface, seems somewhat unfinished, allowing for the emotional essence of the bull to come forward, vibrating the outer contours of its form. He stands alert and defiant as he shoots an air of boldness out of his eyes towards the beholder.  There are many symbolic meanings for the bull. Some are, stability, virility, strength, reliability, provision, peacefulness, helpfulness and determination. The bronze sculpture was molded using the ancient method of lost-wax casting and stained with a brown patina finish for preservation.
