Delivery Time
We'll do our best to get your order to you within three to five working days of you placing it. If we think we'll go over this time, we'll send you an email to let you know – please make sure we have your up-to-date email address for this reason. If you wish to receive the item quicker there is a special delivery option.
We want you to be happy with your order, but we understand that there may be reasons why you want to return items. As we offer the lowest possible prices we try to keep our costs down. We do have a free exchange service but only for items over £30. If you would like to exchange items that are lower than this price please order your item and we will give you a full refund of your item that you will be returning.
If you have changed your mind about a satisfactory product and return the items within 14 days of purchase, we will offer either a full refund of the item or exchange of goods. Goods must be unworn and unaltered.
Please Note: For hygiene purposes, toiletries, jewellery, underwear and swimwear may be returned for a refund ONLY IF faulty.

You need to return goods within 28 days of receipt to the address shown on your invoice. We will replace faulty or defective goods free of charge. If there is a fault with your item you MUST contact us on 01462 686 933 prior to sending your item back.
