All we need from our customers are the measurements they need a custom jacket for. We look to receive following measurements for a custom jacket.

- CHEST (Full circumference, exact fit better be bare-chest or with just a thin T-Shirt on)
- SHOULDERS
- SLEEVES (From end of shoulders to mid-palm)
- WAIST

We tend to keep the length according to the style of the jacket which could be equal to, less than or greater than the sleeves, depending on the actual design.

We also appreciate our customers to suggest us designs and color variation they are looking for in a particular item.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Each piece is inspected carefully before being shipped. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your return item still is in original conditions, we offer a 14 days unconditional money back or exchange guarantee (except for shipping cost).  It is possible sometime that online purchased item may not be exactly as you expect. If because of some reason, you are not completely satisfied with our online auctions, you may return item within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund excluding the shipping and insurance charges (if taken). Buyers are requested to follow the above mentioned sizing chart while ordering a jacket from us. If unsure, please contact us via eBay message and we will reply within 12 hours time.

Postage is free to all of our selling products and you can keep an eye on your product through provided Tracking Number. Very often it may take 2-3 more business day due to custom clearance. Kindly note we offer our shipping & item prices without import duties, taxes, and charges. It is better to check your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. For USA customers special DHL shipping service is used.
