The flat measurements are precise, and the "fits up to" is a fit suggestion by me for the dress to fit loosely
but not form fitting and tight on plus size ladies!
These run true to size, you won't need to size up.

2X – bust 23", waist 23", hip 26" (will fit up to 44" bust, 44" waist, 50" hip)
3X – bust 24", waist 24", hip 27" (will fit up to 46" bust, 46" waist, 52" hip)
LENGTH IS APPROXIMATELY 39" LONG FROM TOP OF SHOULDER TO HEM
This dress hits just above the knee on most plus size ladies.

Returns
I accept returns but PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST within 14
days of purchase so we can work together to resolve the issue. You can do this by clicking on “my ebay” at the top, then from the
drop down menu click “purchase history”, find your item, then on the far right
click “more actions” (under the Feedback button). Choose “contact seller”, then select option ONE, “I have a question about using my item or I want to send the
seller a message”. If you choose any other option other than “contact seller” and “I have a question about my item” IT OPENS A CASE, and negatively
affects us. After contacting me, I will offer options and instruct you on YOUR RETURN. Thank you! If you do have to return the item after you
have contacted me, please return it as you received it.

PayPal only, please pay within 3 days. Sorry, I don’t do overnight shipping. I can do priority 2 day at no additional
charge.
I ship within 24 hours of

I ship internationally. Ebay's
shipping method is USPS Priority Mail International Padded Flat Rate
