We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping on all of our orders. UPS 2nd Day Air is available for $19.00 and UPS Next Day Air Saver is available for $39.00. A physical address is REQUIRED, we DO NOT ship to PO boxes or APOs. Orders will be packaged and shipped same day if ordered by 3:00p.m. PST Monday-Friday (with exception of federal holidays). Tracking numbers are regularly updated on eBay once the order is processed. If there is a problem with the order, you will be contacted immediately with further details and/or instructions.
Warranty Policy
All of our television lamps have a 180 day warranty. This warranty starts from the date the customer receives the lamp. The warranty covers any conditions that may cause the lamp to prematurely fail within the first 180 days. Each lamp is covered for ONE warranty replacement. The lamp must be returned with a proof of purchase (i.e. PayPal receipt or eBay receipt). Please note that an email thread does not serve as a proof of purchase. If a proof of purchase is not included in the box, the package will be sent to recycling. For additional information regarding the return details, please send us an email.
Refund Policy
The lamps may be returned within the first 14 days. The lamps cannot be used or damaged. Please properly package the lamps for shipping. A proof of purchase is required at all times (i.e. PayPal receipt or eBay receipt). Please note that an email thread does not serve as a proof of purchase. If a proof of purchase is not included in the box, the package will be sent to recycling. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
