As per the pics, you are bidding on an extremely rare 2011 San Diego Comic Con Exclusive Ghostbusters Stay Puft Marshmallow Man released by  Matty Collector

Stay Puft is the largest item ever made by Mattel and was sold at SDCC, standing at approx 24 inches tall!

Made from soft foam it features articulation at the arms, head and legs

A huge city diorama is also included in the packaging.

In one of the photos I have included a Egon Spengler figure as a size comparison (but he is not included with the auction)

This item does not appear to show signs of 'yellowing' but please view the photos in case you have any concerns.
