  Payment Details- Payments
need to be made as soon as possible after purchase has been made or
auction has ended. If you expect to be more than 3 days before paying
please contact us so we know that you do intend to pay
- It
will be necessary to file with ebay for nonpaying bidders if we
have not received payment by the third day, in order to recoup the
fees incurred as a result of a sale. This can affect your status as a member of Ebay.
- All
auctions are final. If item has been inadvertently misrepresented,
buyer must notify me within 48 hours of receipt of item. Item must be
shipped by same method as originally shipped, including tracking and
insurance within 14 days at buyers expense. Postage is not refundable.
No International Returns unless required by countries such as Germany.
Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Refund will be made after safe return in same condition as item was sent (including any security tags/marks)
- Sales
Tax will be added to all sales within the State of Texas unless a
completed resale certificate is returned to me along with your payment.

- Combined
shipping is usually available. BUT PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN
INVOICE IN ORDER TO PAY. Ebay Policies create problems with combined
shipping when there are multiple payments.
- All photos are of the actual items being sold. Measurements are approximate. Please email with any questions prior to bidding
- Shipments
are made at least twice a week. I will make every effort to ship
within 72 hours after receipt of paypal payment (excluding weekends)
- All
Domestic
sales are shipped USPS Priority Mail, First Class or Parcel Post.
International
Items are shipped USPS Priority, with the exception of items valued at
more than $250, which will be sent USPS Express Mail. First Class is
not available for International Shipments, due to package size
limitations and insurance requirements. Certain high value items may
require specialized shipping (both domestic and international) due to
insurance requirements
- Delivery
Confirmation Tracking and Insurance is included on all packages over a
certain value. Insurance costs may be added as a handling charge.
- International
Buyers please do not ask me to break the law by
listing the value of the purchase as less than what you actually paid
for the item or mark item as a gift.
- If
you have any special shipping requests, please do so prior to payment.
- Certain
items, such as perfumes, leather goods cannot be legally shipped to
certain countries such Germany and Italy. Please make sure the item you
are considering can be legally shipped.
