PayPal is our only method of payment. Once payment for an item is received items will be dispatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).

We aim to dispatch items within 24 hours of purchase (Monday-Friday). Weekend sales (Friday after 3PM - Monday before 9AM) are usually dispatched on Monday afternoon. Items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour (unless you choose to pay £4.25 for RM T24 hour) within the UK and International Signed For, for Europe and ‘rest of world'. Tracking numbers are not added on to eBay however if you need to track your item please contact us as we keep all tracking numbers in our records.

We are happy for you to return your item as long as the item is returned within 14 working days after received, in the original; condition, packaging and undamaged.

How to return an item - Please open a return item case in the eBay resolution centre and then return to; Brands-max, Tollgate road, Burscough, Ormskirk, Lancs, L40 8LD, UK. Return the item back as you wish but please note we cannot take responsibility if the item does not turn up.
