Method of Payment

Shipping Information

We do not normally require signature confirmation.We will at our discretion require signatureconfirmation if we determine that the value of theitem or the location that it is going to warrantsit. If you feel that it is needed for your addressplease let us know with a separate note at thetime of order. If you are not at the address whenthe package is delivered the carrier will leave anote. Please follow up with the carrier to getyour package. If the package comes back to us wewill ask you to pay for the actual cost ofre-shipping.

Since we may ship via theUnited States Postal Service, Fedex or UPS we needan address that will work regardless of the methodwe choose. If you do not get home USPS deliverythan we need your PO Box along with a physicaladdress. If we ship your package and it cant bedelivered than we will contact you to get thecorrect address and will ask you to pay for theactual cost of shipping. Warranty / Return Policy Information

We warranty this item for 30 days. Request a RMA and I will replace your unit or give you a credit for a different item if I cannot replace the item. Item must be an internal defect not caused by abuse. Cosmetic damage is not warranted. If you have a problem with an item please call or E-mail us. If we cannot solve the problem with technical assistance we will replace the item as follows: Within our 30 day warranty period we will provide a prepaid label for you to return the product and upon receipt and inspection replace, exchange or refund the product. If you are outside of the 30 day window we will normally direct you to a factory Authorized service center. Occasionally we will exchange the product at your shipping expense. If you wish to return an item within the 30 days for any reason other than a defect or shipping error we ask that you request a RMA and pay the shipping both ways.
