We do not accept responsibilities for any problems or ensuring any particular performance when our products are used in combination with incompatible parts. In this case, any problems caused by combining usage with other incompatible products will be not covered as part of our return or warranty service.

We offer free 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery to the UK only. For overseas purchases please contact us first for postage quotes.
Small goods are in stock and dispatched within 5 working days of cleared payment if you live in Mainland UK (other areas take 2 days longer, Ireland 3 days longer). All items are shipped direct to your door, as we do not offer a collection service. Smaller items are sent by Royal mail and do not require a signature, larger items are delivered Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm by our couriers, a signature is required upon receipt of goods. Should you be unavailable to sign for an item it will returned to couriers local depot and a card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery. The couriers cannot leave packages unsigned for. Please feel free to contact us regarding bulk orders.
Bulk Orders All bulk items are dispatched/Shipped direct from the manufacturer. This can take anywhere up to 15 working days depending on location. On arrival the goods are checked for any defects before being dispatched to you the customer. All bulk item orders are shipped with tracking info which will be provided to you the customer via email upon being dispatched from our office.
PayPal is the only payment method we accept. You can also pay with any credit card and debit card via PayPal.

We will leave feedback after we have received from the buyer. We would appreciate it if feedback could be left once you have received, inspected, fitted and tested the item(s) so that we know you have received them, and that there aren't any problems.
